Who Can Use Omigirl

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account or use the service. This is not negotiable and it is not verified by honour alone — accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are removed, and reports in this category are handled ahead of everything else.

You must also not be prohibited from using the service under the laws that apply where you are, and you must not have had a previous account removed for breaking these rules.

What Is Never Allowed

These result in removal on the first occurrence. There is no warning step and no second chance for anything on this list.

• Any content involving a person under 18, in any form or context
• Indecent exposure or explicit content on camera
• Violence, self-harm, or content depicting either
• Threats, stalking, or attempts to identify or locate another person
• Hate speech or abuse directed at anyone on the basis of who they are
• Recording or distributing another person's video without their knowledge
• Extortion of any kind, including threats to publish a recording
• Requesting or arranging payment from another user for anything
• Impersonating another person, or pretending to represent Omigirl
• Anything illegal where you are, or where the person you are talking to is

Conduct in a Chat

Below the hard rules there is ordinary courtesy, which is not enforceable but is worth stating because it is what makes the platform usable.

• Skipping is normal. Nobody is owed an explanation for ending a chat.
• Persistence after someone has disengaged is not charm. Let it go.
• Do not press anyone for their surname, location, workplace or other accounts.
• Do not push a conversation off the platform in the first minutes.
• Assume the other person is having a completely ordinary evening, because they almost certainly are.

What Happens When a Rule Is Broken

Reports are reviewed by a person with the reported conversation attached. Depending on what is found, an account may be warned, restricted from matching, or removed. Anything on the "never allowed" list above goes straight to removal.

A removed account stays removed. Creating a new one to get around a removal is itself a breach, and is treated as one.

We do not tell the reported person who reported them, and we do not discuss the outcome of a report with anyone other than the people involved.

Reporting

Report from inside the chat. The control is there during every conversation and it captures the context automatically, which a message sent afterwards cannot do. Reporting also ends the chat and blocks the person, so you never have to stay in a conversation to document it.
