These terms apply to everyone who uses Omigirl. By creating an account or starting a video chat you accept them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Omigirl. You must also be legally permitted to use a service of this kind where you live, and you must not be using the service after a previous account was removed for breaking these terms or our Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details to yourself. Do not share an account, and do not create one on behalf of someone else. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to yours.
The information you give us must be accurate. Impersonating another person, or presenting yourself as connected to Omigirl when you are not, is a breach of these terms.
The full list of what is not allowed is in the Community Guidelines, and those guidelines form part of these terms. In summary, you must not use Omigirl to harass anybody, to show explicit or violent content, to involve anyone under 18 in any way, to record or distribute another person's video without their knowledge, to extract money from other users, or to do anything illegal.
You must also not attempt to interfere with the service itself: no scraping, no automated access, no reverse engineering, no attempts to bypass matching, blocking or moderation, and no reselling access.
You keep ownership of what you transmit. You are responsible for it, you confirm you have the right to transmit it, and you accept that reported conversations may be reviewed by our moderation team in order to enforce the rules.
Video chats are between two people and are not recorded by us. That said, no platform can prevent another person filming their own screen, and you should treat a video chat as you would any live call: assume it could be seen by somebody else.
New accounts receive an allowance of free calls. The size of that allowance is determined by our anti-abuse controls and is not a fixed, published quantity; we may vary or withdraw it, including where we believe it is being farmed or abused.
Beyond that allowance, calls are chargeable. Rates are set per person rather than as a single site-wide price, so the cost of a call depends on who you are speaking to. You are notified before charging begins. Charges are settled from a balance you purchase in advance; purchases are generally final once delivered, except where a refund is required by the law that applies to you, or where a payment was taken in error.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us with the date and amount through the contact page.
We may restrict or remove an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines. For anything on the "never allowed" list in the guidelines this happens on the first occurrence, without a warning step. A removed account stays removed, and creating a replacement to get around a removal is itself a breach.
You can delete your own account at any time from within the app. Deleting it ends these terms between us, except for the parts that are meant to survive — liability, and anything we are legally required to retain, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Omigirl running, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that a match will always be found, or that any particular feature will remain unchanged. Matching depends on other people being online, which is not something we can promise.
Omigirl connects people. It does not vet them, and we are not responsible for what another user says, does, or claims. Use the skip, block and report controls, and read the Safety Center before your first chat.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. When we do, the date below changes, and material changes will be signalled in the app. Continuing to use Omigirl after a change means you accept the updated terms.
