Contact Omigirl
Different things go to different places. Picking the right one is the difference between a report that can be acted on and one that cannot.
Reporting Someone You Met in a Chat
Use the report control inside the chat. It is available during every conversation, it attaches the context of that chat automatically, and it blocks the person and ends the chat at the same time — so you never have to stay in a conversation in order to document it.
A message sent to us afterwards cannot carry that context, which makes it much harder to act on. If you have already left the chat and did not report it, tell us as much as you can remember and we will do what we can with it.
Urgent Safety Concerns
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, or that a person you were matched with is under 18, report from the chat and then contact your local emergency services or the relevant authority where you are. A platform report is not a substitute for that, and we would rather you did both than waited on us.
What we do with reports, and how quickly, is described in the Community Guidelines.
Everything Else
Account questions, billing, privacy requests, press, or anything that is not about a specific conversation:
Include your account name and, if it is about a payment, the date and amount. We do not ask for passwords and will never request one.
Privacy and Data Requests
Requests to access or delete your data are covered in our Privacy Policy, which sets out what is held and for how long. Account deletion can also be done from within the app.
What We Cannot Help With
- Reconnecting you with someone you were matched with. Matching is random and we do not keep a route back to a past chat.
- Reversing a block, either yours or someone else's.
- Telling you who reported you, or whether a report you made led to a removal.
- Recovering a conversation. Chats are not recorded.
